Looks like a local Sunday league footy clubs logo.

Love the map of Tassie though, very nice choice of imagery there.

It'll help the supporters get used to the idea, subconsciously anyway.

True, but it'd be pretty hard to draw 50,000 members from Tassie by 2011 wouldn't it

It looks like something a group of half humans/half hawks who rid New York of crime in a child's show called "Hawks of New York" or something would wear as a badge on their crime fighting outfits...

Agree.

The Hawks haven't had Hawthorn on their logo since they changed to the 'head' in 1982.

The yellow is just off with the new logo, ditto the writing.

I personally think it looks like an American Sports Team Logo. I really dont know why they changed it. It doesnt look Aggressive at all.
