Good 100 for Will Young, 239/7.

4 run outs in the last two overs 🤣 Only NZ pull this stuff. All out by miles too.

Another comfortable win for the Black Caps by 7 wickets and with just under 4 overs to spare.

Some consolation for Bangladesh though with Soumya Sarkar winning the Player of the Match.
Ravindra looked a million bucks today, really promising. Threw away a big score.

Instead the little cockroach Nicholls made a big score to save his place in the team for the next few years.

Has a decent ODI record I thought?

His test record is better than his ODI record in terms of tons and average, he has only made one ODI ton and just missed out on one today,

His record in both formats isn't the problem, it's that he boosts his stats against weaker opponents like Bangladesh on flat pitches like today.

He's like a middle order version of Latham except Latham has more of an excuse for struggling against good opponents due to him opening.
