35km south of the city.

It's not really out in the country at all to be honest unlike what some might think. Pretty nice ground.

So much for playing at Subi...RIGGED!!!! :p

Sat 1st March is at Subi.

Pre-season = 2 weeks at Subi and 2 weeks in SA??? Strange, really... Still it's waaaaaay better than going to Alice Springs, or Darwin, or country QLD I guess. :thumbsu:

What's the standard of the surface like, I wonder??

Will there be riots and melees, keeping good with the tradition of Freo v Port pre-season games???? :D

At least we know Joshie won't king-hit Bellie this time around... ;)

People really need to read the dates. Apparently the calender is an important tool for the smooth running of life.

The ground isn't exactly great. It is an SANFL oveal but its not all that good. And being in Noarlunga we can expect plenty of rain and wind.
I will most likely be in Adelaide on the 8th though so i might go and have a look and check out some of the kids a bit closer.

..and I'm bein g over cautious when i suggest that our DO NOT play the important senior players at this outer suburb/ regional oval due to the growing list of knee injuries???

Being the last one i think we will take a pretty good side up there.

Thats a little bit of an over exaggeration. I live about 15mins drive from Noarlunga oval and while yes in Footy season you can expect to get blown away and frozen, next week you can expect to get blown away only. Not sure why they are holding it down south but I won't complain, I'll probably showup.

If you do,don't forget a camera, pen and paper or lap top to write down a full report of the game:D
Going on the last game Port played you two will be the only ones there
