No Cats games on FTA until Round 24

Ok, so just had a quick squiz at the next few weeks of broadcasts and we dont have a single game on free to air until the Pies game in round 24.

What the hell is the go with that?! Talk about supporters that dont have pay getting the raw end of the deal.

Thank god I am getting Foxtel next year so I wont miss a game

Saying that I can't wait till next year when every game is on live, those night games on delay drive me mad... I hopeless and cannot wait for the game to start so have to cheat and check the scores the whole game!!

Quite annoyed.

Used to have Foxtel, but during the period 2007-2010, because the Cats were so high up on the ladder, the Cats were on FTA all the time up here in Sydney.
Now, I assume they thought that the Cats were going downhill, and now that the FTA coverage in general is reduced in Sydney, the Cats are never on!!

I can't (seriously) remember the last round the Cats were on FTA here in Sydney. Hasn't been for months

Might have to fork out for Foxtel again next season. There goes $70 a month!

The no ads or delays in the coverage is great though. As bad as Russell is i'd rather put up with that over channel ads, i mean 7, coverage.

So am I correct in thinking that next season when foxtel has the dual rights that they will be doing their own coverage and commentary for the games that 7 also have?

If so, I think 7 will take a massive dip in ratings.
Hopefully Foxtel will take all the good channel 10 commentators and Walls/Blight & Lane wont get a gig!!

We have had a good run on free to air up until last week. After Round 17 only two of our games had been on Foxtel.

Just a side note, I keep hearing on SEN that there is a footy lovers package going at the moment which includes sport (and the AFL Channel) for $50 a month. Seems like a good deal.

Where theres a will theres a way, the AFL dont seem to be able to find all the streams of matches. I watched all the AFL finals last year live in HD, muahahaha.
