You said Martin has pace but I saw him in the NAB challenge, he had the chance to take the game on and use his apparent pace but he didn't. Isn't goal kicking more important?

He was drafted in 2011....

No it's not when players are drafted ....it's really when players seriously start playing AFL and start to feel part of the team .......IMO a certain over confidence comes into play ....the 3rd year after the 2nd year blues normally see's the player rebound

As example Siggins now been on the list 2 years .....he hasn't made anything so no over confidence, no 2nd year blues

In all seriousness, I'd take football ability over a team first attitude any day of the week. He doesn't get the ball, he can't kick and he makes poor decisions. This is not bashing him. These are facts.

Petrenko at half time, playing in his role as a small defensive forward had 1 kick and 1 tackle. He accrued the majority of his tackles when played further up the ground in the last. Now let's see which role Sando has him play, the small forward or midfielder because he has been dropped a number of times as small forward.

Our defenders have been crucified by our shit midfielders and forwards turning over the ball. Brown is the scapegoat from our defence? Martin has pace over Grigg but Grigg has an elite leg which helps to keep the turnover down.

Then why name him in the sanfl. Thommo and kedge are under fitness clouds and they're not named in the 2's. so Grigg is certainly closer to being dropped this week than he was last week and much closer than any other player not named in the sanfl.
