If we pick Naita we can't leave too much to chance with our forward line. We have to get at least 1 decent, tall KPF with 17 or 19 and a fast mid with the other. Even if we are lucky enough to get Watts next year it is still a gamble to just put our forward line on the backburner. We need KPFs NOW! regardless of getting Watts next year.
Does anyone know the best options for getting a decent tall KPF with 17 or 19?
I'm with you on that one. It's key forwards that win Premierships for teams not ruckmen.
Take Watts with #1 and then a ruckmen with #17 or #19.

Yeah, like 2006 with the eagles, Cox was a passenger, we relied on our key forward...um...
hang on, maybe an athletic marking ruckman could be handy...

Just a quick whisper in Jack's ear, play on in the 18's and don't nominate until next year.
That'll bugger Fremantle.
tbh i dont see why everyone is so annoyed at not getting Warnock sure he would have been nice to have and shows some promise but he is still unproven i would much rather have PJ as our number 1 ruckmen who has showed alot this year
I've come back around now to Natanui, but I'm still worried about the whole going home thing. He did say that doesn't really want to leave WA.

He's playing in the WAFL Prelim today. Go Swannies![]()

I have been in the same boat man... first Nait by a mile, then Watts by a mile, then Rich = Watts. Now I really want Nait but will be fine with any of those 3 we take as I will be able to see the logic in taking anyFirst I wanted Nait, then Watts, then it was a split between Rich and Nait, and now I'm starting to lean towards Nait again.
I want him to produce something outrageous today. In doing this, Schwab will not let the marketing opporunity pass, and the recruiters will look past Watts and see that Nait is optimal selection.
All aboard the double N-train![]()
