Funny how some of the most unlikeable footballers seem to offer really good commentary.

Could listen to Buckley all day, Hodge is a little less eloquent but calls a spade a spade, as much as it grates, Hird is pretty insightful and, recently, Zorko is a breath of fresh air.

I’m afraid though that the Pies will change when Pendleton comes on. They are too good to not make this close.

This is what frustrates me. Hardwick speaks out in the media highlighting the holding of Rowell, very next week Rowell is getting frees for holding at every second contest. Collingwood have done the same with Daicos in the past. Yet week in week out we see our mids, especially Heeney get absolutely mauled without the ball and we say ****ing nothing. Our officials are ****ing cowards in that respect.

The media care about Rowell because he is from Victoria and there is a good chance he will be back there one day.

They don't care about Heeney and don't ask questions about him. Plus he doesn't constantly crash into the umpires while trying to use them as a shepherd.
