Yep we were completely awful that first half, conversely it seems our awfulness in that game caused Essendon to get ahead of themselves because they’ve been woeful ever since. The contrast in lack of pressure around the ball and in transition is stark.

I'm not sure I've seen a team rack up 224 disposals in a half and look as impotent as Essendon.

I do like the Angus Clarke story.
Country lad from SA, round trip of 9 hours by car to play for Glenelg juniors, so started a 'business' cutting and selling firewood to pay for a 70 min flight.

First season, plays first game for Essendon at the MCG and kicks 3 goals from the wing in the first half.

No private school scholarships for him, just hard work and determination.

That's why I call it Rap Crap. I remember the first commercial rap, Rapper's Delight. Ordinary. But what we have had since about '97 has been absolute crap. Musically devoid. I mean one bar, really? Steal everybody's music and songs by sampling. Then the perpetrators of this attack on real music start shooting each other. I have a good suggestion. Why don't they just do what they are good at and forget the so called music and just kill each other. It would save the world the embarrassment of listening to arseholes rapping about raping some 14 year old girl, bashing a Queer, Gang Raping a Hoar (their word not mine), murdering a white bitch (again their word). REALLY? **** ME. I WRITE. NOT THAT SHIT.
