Whoa, what a rocket from Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Sweden 1:0 up
haha - well I like England but with the path you're going down - assuming wrongly again. (what was that thread you made about me)Where does that leave England, I wonder...
Sour grapes anyone?![]()
haha - these Spanish players have perfected disappearing against the good teams in the big games.Villa snags another.. shit he's good.. pfff and people reckon iniesta is overated.. what a clever ball, sat and waited and released villa perfectly
Agreed.Seriously, no actually I can;t be bothered. I'll just sound like a whinging pom.
OK I'll say it, some of the teams in this tournament are a f_u-c~king joke. UEFA needs to look at its qualifying procedure.
It has been cheapened with Englands absense
Anyone here got any ties to any of the countries in Euro?
I found out about a year ago I have ties in Italy and Germany, but I'd rather follow Germany.
The whole notion of qualification should be buggered off with anyway. Especially for the big teams. They lose soooooooooooooooooooo much money by not having England there. In the future just have the Top 6 ranked Euro teams automatically qualify. Then let the rest play this qualification bullcrap. Imagine if England AND Italy didnt make it for example. Itd be a farce
difference being - England were the equal of Russia in Russia. They wouldn't want it even if it was offered to them. There's no way they'd go two years without competitive football, it would leave them so exposed to battle-hardened teams and they'd rarely win.
As for England, I'm pretty sure I commented at the time that Russia was a pretty ordinary team. So how bloody ordinary must England be to not finish ahead of them?
