I don't like the line up.

RATM are alright, i see the appeal, but its just not quite my thing.

Same deal with bjork.

I really like Arcade Fire, but I'm doubting they'd be terribly exciting live.

Outside of Arcade Fire, there is nothing I'm interested in.

PLEASE INTERPOL IN THE NEXT ANNOUNCEMENT! (they a chance?)

yeh the rumors I hear are that Interpol are a really good chance of being on the 2nd announcement.

But you'll probably have to take a risk and buy tickets when they come out as the 2nd announcement won't be out for another month

I disagree. I reckon Arcade Fire would be absolutely sensational live. They sound like the type of band that'd put on an absolute event.

Grinspoon 5:30 - 6:30

Arcade Fire - 6:30 - 7:30

Bjork 7:30-9:00

RATM 9:00 - 10:30

A bloke on one of the Pumpkins boards I go to who claims to have sources is swearing that they'll be part of the second announcement but the band have also said they're heading back into the studio at the end of thier current tour so god knows.

Apart from RATM, who I'm dying to see, I'm not too impressed with the line up... I can't get into Arcade Fire, they sound like a poor man's Muse imo. Cut off Your Hands will be terrific, but you can see them at the Tote for $15 bucks.
Bjork will be interesting...

Right now I'm going just to see RATM... hopefully the second announcement brings some better news. Interpol would be the bees knees

I wanna believe that, but if the Smashing Pumpkins were on the bill, it would have been on the top of the first announcement.

You'd be struggling to find one common denominator between Muse and Arcade Fire...

With the news of another album on the way I'm skeptical as well. They still have yet to even tour Asia on this tour so it could still happen. Even if it's just a sideshow.

Nah, they'd want to have one big band on the first announcement (RATM), and one big band on the second announcement. Hopefully it is either the Smashing Pumpkins or QOTSA.
