Look at Moss today and you'll see he has clearly put on muscle mass since his broken ankle.
His gains are more visible than that of Marshall.
But yes having additional few kgs during the off season wont hurt.
Moss now needs continuity of game time to learn and apply his craft.

Regarding Ramm and the rest of the boys 100% agree they need to get stronger.
good that Moss has put on more muscle mass :D . I still would send him to the states with the rest of young players to fast track their fitness for next year

Sunday 10th of August 2:10pm at Alberton Oval. Streamed on the SANFL Now Website.

Pending the injury list: Lukosius (Calf), Rozee and Evans (both ill) to be assessed for the AFL side, which could push 2 players down here. Moss also to be assessed for the SANFL side. Soldo ruled out with concussion.

Expecting Atkins drop down here after taking the week off as AFL Emergency.

Note: This game is the day after AFL game, so the sub (EG: Mead) can play.

Currently sitting in the 5 by 3%.

which game is on channel 7 ?

Both Moss & Ramm need to put on at least 10kg of muscle quickly (preferably over summer) so they then can be put on the 200cm+ KPF of the AFL (like Darcy, Max & Ben King, Thilthorpe etc)

We should send them both and a few more of the younger players (Whitlock, Jackson, Moraes, Lorenz etc) over to the states for 2 weeks of training (like Boaky, JHF, MG etc did)
lol can we stop this stupid myth of going to the states to train with Boaky. Does nothing at all. They don’t need to go overseas to put size on, they just need a half competent strength and conditioning coach.

It isn't a stupid myth Boaky learnt a lot by going over there ... So did the other players who went (JHF & MG etc)

and it is more; it is a chance to learn from the best - While he was over there Boaky trained with the best Athletes in the world our younger players could learn a lot from going over there

those who also have gone have had a good season the next season
