Notice when Ken was interviewed on being coach of the year, he was asked what he thought the main reason was for his winning the award, he answered with, honesty being honest. I wonder if Trigg was listening.

He was listening but he will deny any involvement in the listening therewith and therefore heard nothing.

Crowey said to Trigg, we must get Polec and not port. Trigg also said when poked by idot head, his cheating (in my words) has made him more determined to get things right on and off the field and right now it's a powerful feeling. lol.

Are they only interested in Polec because Port want him?
Basically "he's alright..oh shit Port want him..quick let's get him before they do, we don't want them getting any better"

or is there actual genuine interest from that excuse for a franchise?

He will start being honest and then claim that honesty was his idea all along and Stephen Rowe will cite Trigg as the bastion of honesty that turned around football in South Australia

Thanks for the update re 5 double crow. Can't stomach the show any more. Just trash. No Port supporter should be listening. Thank god there is a more balanced alternative and more fun to listen to.

So Crameri may get traded to the Bulldogs. Is the start of a crafty strategy by the Bombers.

Trade out players at risk of being handed infractions for either players or draft picks. ;)

Did they start with Monfries

Did anyone else catch the afl.com article about Sando not wanting the crows to travel for any offseason altitude camps? Was one of the headlines a few days ago.

Darren Burgess: that's cute.

It's annoying how reactive the AFL industry is.

2-3 years ago when Collingwood looked to be on the verge of a dynasty everyone wanted overseas training camps, altitude, whoever had the most passport stamps would be the best prepared going into a flag assault.

Now Port Adelaide are generally considered to be one of the fittest teams in the comp having spent the preseason running up sand dunes at Largs and wrestling in pits at Alberton Oval and we're back to square one. Home base rules.

Yeah, having an article on our decision to stay home last year on the main site means its fair enough that there'll be one for the crows. But come on, at least put in a little reference back to burgos quote.

Personally still think arizona was just a secluded drugs lab.

Yes, I tried to listen a couple of times after wrinkles got the boot but it's just a lost cause. Had their chance to put some balance in there and blew it. Since the night Stupid imploded after a final I have gone from a dedicated AA listener [ sports shows, breakfast show, Byner etc] to not listening at all, such is the extent of the stations bias.

Even went so far as to say they thought heat training would be just as effective
Now where have I heard that before.

Maybe they should change their "Teams for All South blah blah blah: to "The club that copies Port Adelaide and rides on their coat tails when big changes are required"

One of the things I've always admired the crows for is that without fail their players have been physically prepared for the last 15 years. It is why they have guys like Mackay and Van Berlo etc burst on to the scene then stagnate, because their preparation exceeds their talent. I recall posting several times last year that losing Schwerdt was a bigger deal than the coverage it got.

Sando reminds me too much of labor pollies when they got stuck in their spin cycle for too long mid-gillard reign. They were saying things just because they were told to say them without any conviction.

Never ever refer to them as a club. We are a club. At best they are some team running around. We are the club for all Australians.

The crowbot radio station does not value add to my life, so I don't need them.

Are we using this thread or will we have a dedicated GF thread for tomorrow?

And will Jay Schulz be announced tomorrow as MOTY? Or is that later? Or has it already been announced?

Needs a game day thread imo.

Who do we have in the GF sprint. I reckon Pittard or Westhoff would be our best shot.

I can't say anything much, but Burgo is looking to take us somewhere hot - damn hot!!. It hasn't been finalised yet.

Anyway we did do an overseas training camp, before Burgo even officially came back. We went to the AIS facilities near Milan for 4 or 5 days before we played the Bulldogs at the Oval. Ken mentions it in his 26 minute speech that's in the other thread.
