Julia Morris, Underwood and the one who does our qtr break stuff at AO. Get them all together on a podcast.
Better still - lock them together in a room, and don't let them out until Norf wins a game.

Apart from Sydney, it is a bit of an open competition this year.
We really should be gunning for it.

Our run home seems very difficult though

Carlton at home
Giants away
Brisbane at home
Saints at Marvel
Bulldogs at home
Suns away
Richmond at home
Carlton at Marvel
Swans at home
Melbourne at the MCG
The Showdown
Fremantle away

We'll lose 7 of those and finish 13W 10L

Scrape into 7th or 8th and be eliminated 1st week

They booed Reid because of the altercation with Dawson.

Which Dawson might get a week for.

I didn't hear booing, but early in the first quarter Reid hacked a kick under pressure that missed its target by a long way and they jeered the kick.

Facebook's Meta AI spits out the dumbest shit. lol

How many 50s did he kick?

I heard a lot of crows supporters left early because it was dreadful to watch.

Some of them have some level of awareness.

Not the ones who jeered any Harley Reid mistake though. I mean seriously, he's a kid who hasn't asked for all the attention. Still they booed JHF for no reason either.
A great way to become popular. Bunch of inbred cretins.

They boo because they failed to draft/trade him in. They were blowing smoke up his arse all draft year about how he's a future crow.

If you were wondering where WA's love level for westcoasteagles rising star Harley Reid is at, a private lunch with him and nicnat sold for $110,000 at Telethon auction yesterday.

Let's hope a certain 'colourful Northbridge identity' wasn't the successful bidder...

Story below gives a breakdown of where the Tassie foundation members live. A bit more than 20% of all Tasmanian residents have signed up and people from 50 countries also have.

The 40k in Victoria confirms my long held belief that a Tassie team playing in Melbourne could draw up to 10k of ex Taswegians to a game, which would make them attractive to a Vic club, wanting to draw them as an "interstate" opponent compared to everyone else except the swans. Previously I've guestimate up to 100k of ex Taswegians live in Victoria, having studied ABS interstate migration figures for decades.

Victoria has the largest Tasmanian diaspora in Oz. Plus I can see a lot of people flying up from Tassie, or catching the ferry to Victoria to watch a game and catch up with family and friends who live in Victoria.

When the membership team at the AFL’s newest club, the Tasmanian Devils, sat down to plot their launch, they probably didn’t have sub-Saharan Africa high on their list of priorities. Nor were they investing much of their marketing budget in far-off places such as Kenya, Afghanistan, Slovakia, Bahrain and Malta.

Yet, such has been the success of the launch of the Devils’ $10 foundation member campaign, they have sold memberships to more than 50 countries around the world.

While their focus may have been more on Launceston than Lusaka, it seems the club has somehow managed to sell memberships in the capital city of Zambia, in the jungles of southern Africa. Perhaps unsurprisingly the foreign country which has bought the most Devils memberships is the USA (perhaps the Warner Bros link is reaping some rewards there) followed by the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Further underscoring the success of the launch, more than 110,000 memberships have been sold in Tasmania alone ... meaning one in every five people on the island are now signed up. Proving that the footy appetite in Victoria is pretty much inexhaustible, a further 40,000 people there now count themselves as Tassie members.

Pleasingly, nearly 77,000 women have signed on already, representing 40 per cent of all the memberships sold.

The club is hopeful of soaring past the 200,000 membership mark in the next few weeks.

We all known these $10 stickers aren't real footy club memberships though don't we?
Of course they aren't, but they have names and contact details for 200,000 individuals for future marketing purposes. If they can convert that to get 40k members, of various access and non game access combos in the first year, then they have will have done a great job.

At very least, it’s $2M of income. Which is probably only cost them $150k in stickers, postage and wages.

Discussion on Footy Confidential about Cam Mooney's conflict of interest in being GWS Forwards coach and taking part in coach interviews as part of Fox coverage of GWS-Giants game.

Agree entirely. But not unprecedented.

How is this different to Mark Ricciuto's dual role as Crows' Football Director and commenting Crows (and Port) games? IIRC Ricciuto did try and enter Port changerooms at half time during a showdown a few years back and was refused entry?

An area of the commentary/coverage that needs cleaning up.

(Edit: Michelangelo Rucci covered this in an article four years ago)
