You can look at most games and a lot of positives, but unfortunately there is a lot of negatives as well, starting with our forward set up

Not much you can take from that game IMO left at home.

I just hope the usual suspects don't start threads about bad kicking, Presidents, bio-mechanics, CEO's, toilet cleaners etc...........by the way looking forward to Markfs's new thread this week.

The Club added another membership to my 9 year old son this year even though I had auto renewal.......it only took me two months to get it cancelled

The way we play - the clangers, the bad decisions, the stagnant ball movement, makes it a lot easier to be beaten, even by mediocrities like the Dons this year. Especially considering how many inside 50s we had.

The real positive was when just after 1/4 time we had 20 on the ground. Schade bolted off from D50 and Darcy from F50. That was a tactic i was convinced was going to get us over the line (20 =v 18). Schade was arguing with Sack as to whom had shown the least amount of attention to the board at the 1/4 time huddle. If that is not symptomatic of players in shambles then i am not sure what is ? The players are seeing the game as an opportunity to fail. It is interesting to see how free Howe is playing in comparison (accustomed to losing over his career ?). Our centre clearance work is a joke and Grundy and Cox dominated first hands on ball. What is our entire coaching panel doing ? I said it after the last game that i do not see a team that cares for each other enough to sacrifice their game for the betterment of the rest and today was another example of that. We also have a team that must rank near the bottom of the footy IQ ladder. What is Derek Hine doing with the drafting of these guys ? Maynard may well be the greatest football idiot in the country.
Interesting that Bucks actually potted Pendles and Adams in the post game presser. Pressure is now officially taking a toll.

Yep my kids are taking an unhealthy interest in the Tigers and the last 24 hours... hell the last two months haven't helped.

My son saw me cry when we got up in the 2010 replay. He's mentioned the desirability of barracking for a winning team, but he knows that winning only feels so good if it's backed by a bit of pain.

5 years and our whole game plan is around tackling, ****ing pathetic.

I would sack Bucks tomorrow morning and give Harvey, Burns and Sanderson 5 games each to use whatever game plan they want, before we say that's unfair on the players, **** the lazy campaigners.

Hi guys, sorry to post on an opposition board - but to be honest, I feel I'm in the minority - I'm a non-Collingwood supporter, but not a hater of the club. I have always loved Pendlebury, and other past players, Bucks is one also. The reason I'm posting, I'm seriously wondering, why is a team with such pure talent (Treloar and Adams I obviously know as we traded them with you).... performing so badly? What will happen next? I just want to see the Pies play finals footy because their list is good enough....

Think you are overrating the list to be frank. We lack skills and are also poorly coached. Both are big issues.

That's great, he built a good list.

The guy can't coach though, we try our asses off but can't get results. We play ugly, heinous football. Our players take an eternity to make a decision with ball in hand, moving the footy uncontested is like pulling teeth. Not once do they pull the trigger and go up the middle!

Were a key back and key forward short of doing any damage in September.

Look at Brisbane as an example, last year they were unwatchable.. this year Chris Fagan comes in, shakes things up and they've been playing exciting, free flowing football. Same as the doggies before Beveridge came in, the McCarthy days were ugly!

We need a shake up mate, Stevie Wonder can see it! Bring on the Dew man!!

it mite be me, but there is always some thing you can take from a game, good and the bad.
Every one his hurting with the loses, but l would be very surprised if the coach is gone this week.

We have the crappiest game plan and coach in the afl.
Ben Hart spilled the beans this week, not that he said anything that was a shock to us. I suspect most of us believed that was the case.
Sack him now! If we had a half decent coach we would be 3 or 4 wins this year.
In a worse case scenario get a interim coach until the end of the year. Or see if Roos wants to take over now
Sack also however decided to sign Mayne on a 4yr deal.

Do we think Roos's is the answer ?. I clearly remember the Demons getting a regular flogging. They are only coming good after multiple 1st rounders.
Hopefully Darcy Moore watched Daniher closely.

Game was lost in the transitions. Number of times they got to go end to end was embarrassing.

I love bucks but it's almost fatal for him.

His structure isn't working and he has all but a full list. Elliott and wells who were the most underdone were two of the better.

Senior blokes like a Reid, Pendles and Adams just either didn't work hard enough or were flat. pendles for the first time in his career looks slow to me.
