Will be interesting to see how many 'VFL' aligned players get a run in the only QAFL game this weekend. Expect this might favour Grange?

Noosa boy.
this must be so exciting for Noosa , what sort of crowd do you predict . Say 1000 or 1500 etc
Yes mate we are pumped.Plenty of covid protocols and the chance of rain may put people off but if a nice day weather wise should be a bumper crowd!Promoted the game on our social mediums and in local paper so really all set for a big day.Check out the press conference on our Facebook page with Bova and beema!

I saw that mate - was very good. Even threw to other "journos" to ask a question... :)

Some chat about 3000 people there - that would be an outstanding result for the club if that was to occur.

Noosa by 39
Seb Rogers to kick 4
Agree GK, although the weather might bring them closer together, could be very heavy. Very good hit up frd Rogers with great set of hands. Just can't see Noosa losing their 1st game ever in the QAFL, in front of their home crowd against a side that has rarely troubled them in the past. I know the past is exactly that but some teams just struggle for whatever reason against other teams and Granges history against Noosa reflects that. Good luck to both teams, just a pity weather looks ordinary as could of been the biggest crowd seen in a long time.

Notice Noosa have left a few of their aspley boys out too in freeman, fitzy and Templeton.

Do Grange and Noosa have a history playing against each other? When was that?

Looks to be about over. Grange 7-13.55 to Noosa 4-7.31

Anyone know how many kids (16-19) Grange played today?

Counted at 4 that I know of, could be more.

did they get the rain like was forecasted? Pretty low scoring
No idea. Grange are supposedly a 'small' team with a lot of youth. If they won this with a lot of contested ground ball (due to wet conditions) thats pretty impressive.

55 to 56 Grange. Just had a look. 1 point win. Still impressive..
