Can some of you guys help me out with some info about Etihad. Whats the deal with what I can bring? Like I can bring water eh? I just can't bring outside take away food. What about snacks like chocolate or lollies? It's been a while since I have gone to Etihad as I've been overseas, so sorry if these seem like silly questions. I just hear a lot of people complain on SEN about having their bags searched for outside food.

NO: Cans of Drink, Fast Food (e.g. Mcdonalds)
YES: Bottles of Drink, Packets of chips, Metal Thermos full of boiling water (legit).

Surely they'd release more tickets for members. Can't expect people to know it's going to sell out more than a week before the game.

I had a feeling it would be a sell out a couple of weeks ago and made sure I bought tickets as soon as they became available. Here are the last 5 attendances at Etihad Stadium between the 2 teams:

50,066 - 2012
46,358 - 2010
48,852 - 2009
50636 - 2008
51156 - 2007

There was a Friday night game at the 'G a couple of years ago between the 2 teams that only reached around 56,000. So I could see why the AFL would schedule the match at Etihad. They weren't to know that both teams would be going into the game undefeated.

Do you have a flexi membership, mate? If you have Bronze Basic or above, you should have automatic entry.

Only an 11-game Flexi. No point reserving a seat when you live in another state. I might ring EFC tomorrow and ask.

Wasn't that in Round 1 2010 when we were shit as and they were coming off a prelim? And we beat them at the Dome in 2011, must have mixed up a figure or 2

Sorry forgot to include the 2011 figure at Etihad, which was 43,806.

The 2010 figure I quoted was the Round 12 game at Etihad. The round 1 game in 2010 was at the MCG and attendance was 57,000.

Its my plan. I'm gonna stand on lvl 3 behind the disabled seats and then find a spare seat up top.

He always bring effort which I assume is the reason the coaching staff pick him. Unless his form and effort drops off dramatically I can't see why he wouldn't be in the side.

For Bombers fans with an AFL membership, do you find it worthwhile?
How much does it cost to reserve a seat at Etihad and how much is a guest pass?

I'm not sure if I'm keen to get one yet, especially if it means still paying $6.50 a week to Ticketmaster for the privilege of using their online forms.
