The last remaining “normal” thing has been NFL. Free agency opened yesterday and it was the usual flurry, like nothing had changed. He was sneaking nothing through.

It’s very odd seeing a season so active in the midst of no other sport, it’s like they’re just pretending nothing’s going on while everyone else is taking precautions. Season doesn’t start til September though so easy to get this stuff done now without risking anything.

I don't seem to ever get above 160bpm regardless of how close to death/vomiting I push. Either that or my heart is ticking at around +20 years of age which is concerning.

They're not very accurate. Even the expensive ones.

What are you using? My Garmin watch takes about 5km (cycling) to wake up to the fact my heart rate has elevated, and then I see it top out at around 180bpm. I can't attest to it's accuracy but for me it's more about individual analysis, comparing historical data on myself using the same piece of equipment. And jerking off over calories burnt.
