I was taking that he Meant Cripps would be the Number 1 Pick but yeah Cripps would been number 1 on the Board at our Pick
No one had Cripps in the first round. Only Carlton rated him.
Annoying that they actually did something right.Well Carlton was Spot On and Looks like a Steal at the Moment
Meh, i'll always remember them for Picking Bootsma and Boekhorst as first rounders.Annoying that they actually did something right.

So the Hines of the other clubs don't eavesdrop on our Hine's selections but rather those of Carlton's Hine! Because he gets to steal, while we just get robbed of our picks by injuries.Well Carlton was Spot On and Looks like a Steal at the Moment

Boekhorst still has time.
So does Laverde and Langford. Boekhorst is useless.
Unfair to name Langford as he was taken before Boekhorst not after.
Fair enough I think those players are better too, but Boekhorst is only in his second year I wouldn't write him off just yet.Okay. Heres a list of players better
-Hugh Goddard
-Touk Miller
-Brayden Maynard
and Laverde.
I've seen him play more than once, He's a lazy footballer.

My girlfriend is a Carlton supporter (don't ask.lol) I went to games with her and he hardly chased or anything. I saw Clem Smith play too and boy has he gone backwards since his draft year. I think he (Boekhorst) at best can be a "good" player, I just can't see him being a star.
Fair enough, I'm actually surprised Clem Smith was given games considering his poor tank.
Saints did the right thing by going McCartin first pick.So Earl Spalding over Greg Williams?
No. Best + most valuable player 1st whoever that is.
Cripps over Aish. Most people do that swap right away.6: Aish
10: McCarthy
Cripps over Aish. Most people do that swap right away.
Can't agree. We take Cripps on our list first.I like Cripps but we already have a good stock in inside midfielders, would prefer the class of Aish IMO.
Potential is a dirty word at times. I think you are referring to the potential he had when drafted. That doesn't apply anymore. He hasn't had a chance to do a lot on the field but what he has done has just been ok. Lots in his year have stepped up and are now poised to become top 20 or better players in the comp. Think Bont, Cripps. Or become A Graders with time think McCarthy, Kelly, Billings or just very good players think McDonald, Aish, Salem, Kolos x2. Even Langdon and Marsh look potentially better players now.If Scharenberg fulfils his potential he could turn out to be the best player in the draft, until he gets on the park we won't know for sure.
