Manager would've rang Paddy after Phil's death and checked on his welfare and asked him if there's anything he could do to help etc. Managers have to have a good relationship with their clients and they treat them with a lot of care. I'm sure they've at least spoken on the phone although I'm sure contract issues wouldn't have been discussed at all.

I would prefer we take a low rather than no tolerance line for touchier topics like this one. With the ability to report posts & 3 quality & balanced moderators this is very doable.
