Manager would've rang Paddy after Phil's death and checked on his welfare and asked him if there's anything he could do to help etc. Managers have to have a good relationship with their clients and they treat them with a lot of care. I can at least see the argument that being constantly negative towards the club raises questions about your level of support. I don't agree with it, but I can understand it. And make no mistake about it, you've proven to be ceaselessly negative in your entire time on BF.

The difference is I dont see you acting like a dick like Kane does questioning people who have a different opinion about something the club has done.
To think that since 2012 our clubs hasnt deserved a ton of negativity for how it has performed and how it has been ran is kinda surprising. To me supporters who dont demand sucess, who dont want change when things are bad, who dont want premierships, and even worse, supporters who do nothing other than attack those who do demand more, need to look at themselfs. If i was his manager, I wouldn't have rang him, I would have sent a text to let him know I'm available anytime if he wants a chat, or if there is anything I can do to make his life easier over the next few weeks, but I would leave it there and wait for him to contact me, probably would have sent him a message after the West coast game as well telling him good job, but I wouldn't have rang him.

Now you're exaggerating. People are talking about DEFENDING their club against abuse and bullshit allegations by opposition fans.

Moderators on other boards are extremely quick to deal with any of us who might 'beat our chests' on opposition boards so your argument is mute.
