A St. Kilda win keeps us in the 4 but puts them further ahead of us. Geelong win puts us out of the 4 on percentage but also leaves with with a game in hand on the other top 4 teams.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other really. We just need to keep winning and it’ll keep our fate in our own hands. We’re in a good spot right now.

I probably want saints to win since we play them,i reckon cats could do damage if they make top 4

Assuming all finals are in QLD, so home finals aren't relevant for us, I want Power and Lions to keep winning against any potential top 4 opponents (Saints, Cats, GWS). For tonight, I would prefer Saints win, to give us breathing room in the top 4 (with a game in hand).

Saints. They’re likely to falter eventually and the more distance between us and fifth onwards the better.

Top four is worth the double chance this year, second and fourth might be the same thing if all the finals are locked to QLD.

lol why complicate things. We are a game behind Brisbane and 2%. win our game and we are 2nd on the ladder.

It isn't that surprising that Geelong are beating St Kilda, their structure and consistency is usually too good for most sides that are only beginning to be elite. With time, St Kilda will overcome this.

Sides that have been up for longer like Richmond and West Coast have a better chance.

If Geelong win by about 40+ points or so, it would mean St Kilda and us are essentially even. I'd take that over a St Kilda win as it means all 3 of us would be on 7 wins, but I'd back us to run over the top of both sides by the end of the home and away rounds with the game in hand.
