Most of the channels on Foxtel have an alternate "+2" channel, meaning they play the exact same stuff just 2 hours later. Example, if the footy starts at 10am, they'd play it on the +2 channel at midday.

That said, I'm not even sure if Fox Sports even has a +2

It's that SA commentator they use he is a shocker, although he has a good voice for it everytime I hear him commentate our games he always gets names wrong and actually misses all the good stuff. I think I actually heard him call Josh Hunt "Joel Hunt" at one stage.

I used VLC. It's not the simplest program but it plays any format no messing around.
