Richo has had the better season this year (although Lloyd has hit back brilliantly)
As for their careers, well as a FF - Lloyd by the length of the flemington straight.
As an overall player...I'd still take Lloydy (call me biased
)

Richo cos he wears his heart on his sleeve and bleeds for this club. Also he could teach a thing or too about courage to Lloydy (When Richo played the week he had a broken cheekbone and almost his eye hanging off his face!!).
Lloyd has no personality whatsoever...Lloyd is a great player, granted...with fans.
But Richo is a great player AND a cult hero.

It's simple what has Richo achieved individually and with his team?
Richo has never won a flag and i know it's not his fault but his kicking dosen't help! Also he has never won a colmen medal! And for all you richmond supporters who say it's because he dosen't play full forward, spare me your excuses because it's only this year he has ventured out of the forward 50! Also how many club B & f's has he won? i think 1 in a 15 year carear! Now if you are meant to be the best player in a shit team you think you would of won more B&F's! Also how many AA has he won? i think 1! People say his a champion! Yes his a Champion of the richmond football club but he is not an AFL champ not by a long way! Lloyd has achieved so much so he can honestly be called a CHAMPION!

I'm a Richmond supporter but I'd have to say Lloyd. His accuracy in front of goal is second to none. But as a contested marker definately Richo.

Lloyd is only second to Lockett in accuracy on goals and should end up with 1000 career goals to his name, 3 times Coleman winner, 5 times AA, but simular to Richo (who has 1) he has not won a B&F in his career, though he has a better argument due to the quality of players he's played with.
For those saying Richo isn't a champion, give it a rest, yes he has never won a premiership but neither did plenty of champions over the years. He is the greatest mark i've seen other than Carey and for playing in such poor teams he still has 800-900 career goals to his name.
If both were 18 years old and drafted this year i'm sure any club would jump at either of them and be quite satisfied in their selection.

very tough one id go Lloyd...but Richo has never played in a decent side to get the ball down to him...i think the reason Richo won this one was because everyone hates Lloyd and loves Richo
