Forget it mate it's good to have visitors & a bit of banter but it truly is nuffy central here.
Constant whinging about the coach & cheating umpires (see every team's board for that one), call their own team essington (seriously wtf), label half the team as spuds every year and some can't even enjoy a win.

Langford has stood up when we needed it in the last quarter for a few weeks now. Body into contest winning the ball etc. 1%ers shouldn't be underestimated. He's been in and under when it is required to get the win. Shouldn't undersell the value. Stays in.

He should stay in but why is he played
Midfield? He seems more at home off HF? Lead, mark, kick goal. He’s a better set shot than Laverde.

The ‘Essington’ thing is fine. It’s tongue-in-cheek, light-hearted self-deprecation when the team brings its least-inspiring footy. If you don’t ‘get’ that then you probably don’t belong on a team forum where people bounce off of each other to even out gameday emotions. There are those who bag the team mercilessly when not performing which is tiresome but I’ve got no issue with a bit of levity being added to the discussion.

Langford has run out of chances. He was awful in the first 3 quarters. Can't keep relying on half a quarter of decent football to stay in.

He only got the call up because of Heppell's injury concerns. Instead of taking his chances like Francis and Redman, he has disappointed.

Not many stood out in 1st 3 quarters. We have needed in the last for a few games now. And he keeps doing it. In.
Actually bringing blokes into the game with his refusal to give up.

That was quite funny like Lynch said he would have been hoping Essendon win and not lose by that missed goal.

I was listening to it on ABC radio and they initially called it as hit the post. Looks fine to me.
