If we're being harsh we could say Melbourne had their chances but failed to make us pay (and let's be fair, they did), but even our transition was still immense. Can't help but feel that last was down to only having two on the bench for basically 3 quarters.

That probably locks up a Top 8 spot again. We haven't been too impressive this year, but still given how inexperienced our side has been at times, a very impressive effort.

2 men down and we put on a performance like that our defence once again won us the game in the end 61 inside 50's and we held them to just 10 goals.

The highest scoring side we limited them to 10 goals, remarkable effort we are actually 6-2 against top 8 sides.

Won the midfield for most of the 3 quarters and that actually allowed us to implement some sort of game plan.

Fantastic win, I never had a doubt against Melbourne. They continue their record of not beating any notable teams.

Jack had his best performance of the year and arguably Hannebery too despite a few mistakes.

Oh man, such a tragedy for Alex. I really hope the club stops him from coming back. There's only so many times you can have surgery before you fk up the rest of your life. It isn't worth it.

Swans can build to September. They haven't hit their purple patch this season and wins against lolingwood and Melbourne will do their confidence and belief wonders.
