Porps can play back, forward, and back - correct....in fact I thought he might have started his AFL career the same as he did with Westies as a backman but Stiffy has that sewn up. I do think he gives Craig the option if he wants to replace Stiffy and for Stiffy to come up the field if needed.Nige_Bix said:Agreed - and I think one reason why he could get more games than Bernie is that he is more versatile and seems to be able to play in a variety of spots meaning he is more likely to get the nod to be in the 22 as an interchange player when spots [hopefully] start getting tight.
But Vince has more tricks to his game than any of our new lads....Knights, VB, or Porps.
His use of his body (if that's what you call it?) last week to take that last qtr mark was just a taste of hs capabilities....he's a beauty!
