Only just realised he isnt even on the injiury list anymore.

Id love somene in the media to ask for a update on where he is and when he will play next just for the look on Scotts face also
I don't get how it hasn't been asked yet, it's not breaking the suppression order no one is claiming it's him they should get ask for an update on the injury.

The fact the club removed him from the injury list & the player in question has his comments off, makes him look more suspect if they were smart, they would have kept him on the injury list now everyone knows it's him. they haven't done him any favours imo

cats_09 should get a pay rise from Chief for politely, yet passive-aggressively shutting down all the uneducated, disrespectful nongs on this site.
Quoted for accuracy relevance and get it done Chief

He paid a big fine, undertook community service and other diversionary programs

Think they paid the victim too
Yeah but the court case happened smack bang in the middle of the off season when all the afl reporters are off or or reporting on cricket so we didn’t get the bullshit extra media coverage that it would of copped during the season

That’s definitely because of how much power the Geelong footy club mafia hold in order to burry the story right…

:drunk:

I can’t stand Geelong as much as the next person but I can’t see they’ve done anything wrong here.
What the arrogant Geelong FC did wrong was to put Tanner Bruhn on the injury list, because, once off the injury list that normally means you are eligible to play, but the uninjured Tanner Bruhn is not playing, so that means that something is not normal in this case. All that nonsense led me to put my investigative skills to use, and in that process I've discovered that a Geelong player has been accused of a heinous sexual assault, could this player be the uninjured and not playing Tanner Bruhn is what I was compelled to ask myself? And of course, because of this thread that's been given the go ahead on BigFooty and that you all follow, I've discovered that it is in fact Tanner Bruhn that's been accused of a heinous crime.

So, in my opinion the Geelong FC (with the AFL's approval) putting Tanner Bruhn on the injury list (when he should've been out indefinitely with mental health issues) indicates that both the Geelong FC & the AFL fought for this case to be resolved in the same way that the Burgoyne, Heuskes and the never charged Michael O'loughlin case was, and that it hasn't, is cringeworthy.

I for one wont be watching the AFL until this whole sordid affair has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Seems like a pretty easy vow to keep when you’re team is so crap that it hurts your eyes to watch them.

So what if Geelong listed him as injured? He was initially anyway so what’s the big deal? I don’t know why people keep on about it, I get embarrassed when fellow Richmond fans persist with it. Just stop, its cringeworthy.

Why hide behind a smoke screen. They're doing nobody any favours by lying about it.

Because they are not allowed to say anything about it or they would be in contempt of court. There are penalties for that, you can be jailed.

They aren’t really lying, he was injured at the beginning and then I think they just didn’t list him anywhere. Why does it matter? I certainly couldn’t give a rats bum how they list him.

Why couldnt they have used personal reasons as the reason once it was no longer the legit finger injury?

No sane person is saying they should have listed it as - "Out - potential rapist"

Why can't they just not put him on the injury list?
There is no reason they have to or don't have to put him on this list.

They should've said mental health from the start because you're obviously going to be affected mentally by being accused of something you believe you didn't do, that they didn't go down that path proves that the Geelong FC thought it would've been dealt with before his finger healed up.

I'd still be watching though if it wasn't for the mishandling of this sordid affair by the AFL and the Geelong FC, both parties were obviously fighting for the Burgoyne & Heuskes outcome and not for the truth, and to me that brings the game into disrepute, so I really have no choice but to boycott the game effective immediately.

I'll call Dillon and let him know. :thumbsu:

I think the well worn "personal leave" could have been wheeled out. That's worked plenty of times.

Every other club would have done EXACTLY the same thing.

Well yeah and it would have been the truth.

Every other club is irrelevant. Although a couple have used personal reasons/leave this season for things with players.
