Of the names listed, purely on talent I would list in order of priority as:
1. Hurley
2. Watts
3. Gumbleton.
However, then you need to take into consideration the cost.
Gumbleton is a high draft pick who has had terrible injuries and is currently not in the top 22 of his side. He is been pushed out by Hurley (who is a better CHB) and Danniher who is a first year player. So Gumby's value can't be that high. Add into it the fact that he is still injury prone. Could be worth more than a pick 30+ and pick 30 is probably overpaying...but you may have to put a premium on him considering Doggies, Carlton and Freo may be on the prowl.
Then Watts would be the next cheapest. Hasn't shown anything and real question marks over his hunger and work ethic. The only thing that makes him valuable is his Pick 1. So just for that reason alone he becomes worth a second round pick minimum just due to his untapped talent. Melbourne would likely demand a top 20.
Then Hurley would cost the most, even though he is also injury prone and question marks over his best position.
Having assessed that, I think Gumbleton becomes the best option. All have serious question marks, but Gumby is the cheapest. Also, at his height he could be a back up ruck option.
