On to the new features, then. Taunts can be aimed at anyone, and range from giving the finger to various other hand gestures, pointing at your crotch, and actually teabagging other characters.

I would love to have been a fly in the wall in the meeting when this gameplay feature was floated.

I will be honest, tacky as it is, I am now actually interested in seeing how they handle this. Yesterday I couldn't have cared less about Saints Row 2...

I will be honest, tacky as it is, I am now actually interested in seeing how they handle this. Yesterday I couldn't have cared less about Saints Row 2...

I am actually looking forward to it. I remember d/ling the demo on xbl and dismissing it after 10 minutes. I then gave it a 2nd chance and picked it up for $40 from Big W.

As much as it was a shameless GTA rip off it helped fill the void waiting for rockstars latest effort....hell I even got right into it towards the end. With that said I will definitely check out the sequel.

It'll be a must buy for me. The first was buggy as hell, but very fun.

Hopefully they iron out the disappearing cars...falling through the ground...vehicle stuck in building glitches and make a great game.

Edge Magazine says that, only two months away from release, it is a buggy messy hunk of junk, but they are still hopefull.

SAINTS ROW 2 DELAYED
US, May 29, 2008 - According to a report on Reuters, THQ has announced plans to delay the release of Saints Row 2 into the fall. Formerly slated to ship in August, the game is now targeting an October 14 release. The move will allow THQ to further polish the game and put together a stronger marketing strategy prior to its release.

"Product quality is a huge driver of a game's success and this move allows us to polish the game. The game is done, it's about polish," Bob Aniello, senior vice president of worldwide marketing, told Reuters in an interview.

If anything, the delay should give you more time to nail down a 100% completion status in Grand Theft Auto IV before the next game like it releases.

There were parts of SR1 i liked better than GTAIV.
Car Customisation, Character choice, clothes, bling, tatts etcc. Buying grog and drugs from the store and walking around smashed. Holding up stores and robbing the safe.

GTA series has better story line and is a better game, but saints row was fun to stuff around on and create havoc.

And the explosions looked better too, you could see heat in the air.

Was never going to be, though I have to say it has made me want the game, obviously I love GTA IV and love everything about it, but SR2 looks like it could be a good filler once I am done with GTA.
