Some interesting games on the schedule. We redo all our playoff opponents from last season.

Weeks 7 and 8 at home against the Chiefs and Cowboys.

2 MNF Jets and Lions. 2 TNF Rams and Seahawks. Only 2 early window 10am kickoffs Vikings and Buccs.

At this stage 3 kickoff times with no tv coverage, and 2 maybes.

Ayiuk and Jennings arent at OTA, but no shocks there around their contact situations.

Bosa is though, after sitting out last year's preseason program it's hard to know if that effected his sack numbers, lets hope there is more success in getting to the QB for our D this season

It’s thinking like this that has stopped the 49ers winning a Super Bowl with Kyle as coach. Last year superbowl final drive by 49ers we had to settle for fg instead of td due to the inability to keep out the Kansas city pass rush.
That directly led to our loss.

When the chiefs lost to bucs in Super Bowl due to the inability to keep out bucs pass rush the next off season they rebuilt their oline to be a strength instead of the weakness the 49ers did opposite haven’t done anything to improve their weakness.

Baffles me that we didn't invest more into our Oline. We have Trent and Banks as only 2 guy who should be starting on a super bowl contender the other 3 are below average starters and really should be bench players.

Theres the super bowl window....2024-2026...

So CMC had 2 years at $12m left (no guaranteed money left). So basically he gets his $24m guarreteed, more upfront with the signing bonus, it gets prorated across the cap, and you can get out after 2 years with manageable deadcap hits of $8.5 or $5.7 in years 3-4.

Basically we were always going to bring him back for 2 years, from there it's pretty flexible. It's a deal that helps clear a bit of space now, doesn't break the bank and give our best offensive piece some guaranteed cash..

We went from $25m to $32m for the upcoming season

So they probably have room to sign Aiyuk...now it's a matter of is he more Collins or Jefferson.

Cowboys, 49ers and the agents for Lamb and Aiyuk should just get in a room and hammer out identical contracts.

Having said all that, WR are becoming the most overpriced commodity in the NFL.

His contact should be around Amon-ra St Brown. But I'm sure he'd think he's closer to Jefferson.

Most of these contracts aren't really that over the top. They've just got inflated non guaranteed money at the end, so likely will be redone under a guise of an extension
