Pentecostalism is a cult, and there's no room for dissent, you will be out if you don't agree with what they force on you in their own congregation, and they indoctrinate everyone with the same rote learnt cliches and slogans like they are working some evil capitalist customer service centre

It is also the denomination that popularised faith healing, prosperity gospel, gay conversion therapy, etc etc etc. All those megachurches with their private jets and whatnot, pentecostals. They also have the highest rate of financial and sexual abuse out of all denominations. They are proper evil and uses many techniques similar to pyramid schemes

There are no surprises that politicians suck up to them, they are made from the same cloth

It is also the only christian denomination left that's still growing instead of declining, but they work by largely cannibalising smaller churches

What blue collar workers care about most, is job security, working less hours - not more- for the same returns, with their wages keeping up with the rising cost of living, as a bare minimum standard.....Which is what technological advancement is supposed to deliver.....Ergo the word, progressive.

Instead we find the tax burden being placed onto the working classes more & more, on top of a mortgage & escalating fuel & food prices....And all to feed the greedy voracious appetite of the mega rich, who are buying off our pollies & getting all the wage rises & tax cuts out of all proportion to the rest of the population.

Get a freakin clue.

This is also why the government should reduce our immigration intake. More immigrants means more workers which means workers are less valuable and wages are lower. It also means the cost of living is higher because there is a greater demand for commodities.

As for the tax burden the top 10% pay more than the rest of the country put together and half of all working age adults pay a total of 2%.
