When do Australians get our country back?
That’s not what Noel Pearson thinks!
Turncuck? Surely you can do better than that. Surely.https://www.news.com.au/finance/wor...s/news-story/215f764a19c5cf62cfe97c31d4cc0b3e
Biggest load of shit I've ever read. What doesn't get a mention is that Morrison's supposed maneuvering can't do shit if Turncuck the most popular PM ever and uniter of the people if you believe the press of the last week or so - didn't lose 30 newspolls on the trot.

Or perhaps it reflects the narrowness of the news and views you choose to receive. Just perhaps.I'd never heard an indigenous perspective or demand prior to viewing that meme. It's extraordinary that I am approaching middle age and had not heard indigenous political commentary ever. It's been kept under wraps very well.

you believe Newspoll? something fishy with that gig...MT was the preferred PM by a long margin yet couldn't win a TPP poll..though he kept them steady at 49-51, which is by no means a bad poll.
anyways, that story tells you something, leaks are still prevalent in the LNP. I'd be pretty confident that Middleton has her facts correct.
Turnbull did and it was the metric he judged Abbott by when he replaced him. Turnbull and his supporters in the press cant sook it up when the metric he invented is applied to himself
The Australian citizens (non people-in-power) aren’t to be blamed for this shamble. In reality if everyone knew about it, there is still nothing much they could do about it. But it is important they should know about it, and to be mightily pissed off.
But he was still preferred PM.... something Abbott wasn’t.
From a report in 2015
“Shorten's approval rating today is minus 10 per cent. Abbott's approval rating? Minus 24.”
It wasn’t just the news poll results for Abbott, don’t forget that budget.
Mightily pissed off spectators doing nothing
Maybe it's you that is full of it.Are you in the true blue crew or just do a bit of internet trolling when Mum's out?Sarcasm obviously doesn't translate well over pure text.
Let me put it this way - indigenous Australians, or at least their peak community organisations and lobby groups, don't have any trouble getting their message across.
Dodson is full of shit.
It's a little bit early for revisionist history, he would have led them to a hiding. Morrison will fare even worse.Turnbull’s polls were recovering to the point where victory at the next election was in sight. It wasn’t guaranteed, but it wasn’t a wipeout.
People forget how unpopular Howard was for most of his PMship
He was 49/51 in the most recent Newspoll. He was more popular than Shorten. It's a little bit early for revisionist history, he would have led them to a hiding. Morrison will fare even worse.
How do you explain the showing in the bi elections? They lost all three that they ran in and the primary vote was a disaster.I think "its free real estate" is right, sure Turnbull was behind and faced an uphill battle to get reelected however the coalition had improved its position and Shorten isn't exactly Mr Popular so if the economy had remained solid then it would have come down to who ran the better campaign.
