Should be relegate the shittest team each season?

Not the team bottom of the ladder, that doesn't work with the way games are simulated but the team that everybody thinks is phoning is in with a figurehead leader that loves their captain badge way too much to entertain any notion of the club folding and is just happy to name 20 bigfooty posters that haven't given a s**t about the league since Michael Jackson and Prince were still turning out the beats (RIP )

So what to do with the worst team then? Do they just fold?

No they have to play a series against prospective clubs. Of course if no new team challenges then relegation can't happen but I don't think new teams should be held out of the league just because the same old s**t campaigners get to go through the motions year after year.

I think that such provisions would actually create excitement and allow posters to actually get together and form these new up and coming clubs to then challenge the team facing relegation.

Then you sim a 3 game series or so and the winner get the license to play in the SFA and the loser gets booted.

How to decide which team is the worst and faces this trial? Perhaps subjective but I'm sure there's some ideas as to which club it might be

That would be assuming that they only need to beat one team.

What if 3 teams want to get in? Then it would be 1 in 4. Not so easy to stay in then.

By my last calculation and based on snippets I've heard around the traps, there are 1764 players leaving the SFA at season's end.
Good luck bringing in 3 new teams.

Part of my argument was that new teams are scared of forming because it is too hard to enter the league.
