If you nerds and non athletes had anything better to do than wonder about my posting times then perhaps Australian house prices wouldn't be so shit. Do your jobs people, contribute to the economy, stop worrying about irrelevant things.
2018 is almost here. I pulled a recent game plan from some coaching I did as a favor.
Whilst it may seem simple, it only seems that way after the fact. It's like how everyone thinks post it notes were simple, yet they didn't invent them, did they. This is rebounding out of defense to break a zone. Notice the switch to the boundary. The injury which one of our players caused distracts the opposition whilst we bring it back into the corridor and bam, straight down the middle. You don't want to rely on goal kickers having to do boundary shots after all.
