With TDL missing I think theres an outside chance Gilchrist may actuarially get a run here.
Are you thinking of a like-for-like swap? Gilchrist has mostly played in defence, although he has a lovely long kick that would be useful on the attack.

The official website has stated that Bolton is unlikely to play. I think we have enough talls to cover him anyway. I would like Sumner to have more game time this week, despite the fact he's probably likely to make way.

I am talking smiler yes... in the the U18s he often played forward. I never use the word like for like genrelly as it's never accurate qway to describe soem things.

Regardless I think even if were grooming him for defense a NAB cup run up forward may not hurt his prospects. Grundy played some early games up forward before moving there so to give him some time playing body on body wouldn't hurt.

Craig Bolton (groin) and Ed Barlow (quad) are both unlikely starters despite being named, while Craig Bird (foot) and Trent Dennis-Lane (knee) will both miss the match with injuries suffered against Carlton last weekend.

So Barlow, C.Bolton and I'm guessing Pyke/Currie (given that two talls in White/Mummy come in) will probably miss out.

I wouldnt worry too much Coiler, if there names there not that badly hurt.

Yeah true, but I think he needs all the match practice he can get. :)

But still, I hope Jetta and Rohan can continue their good form.

Also means it's very likely for White to play which is awesome news.

Can't wait to see White and Goodes in the forward line with someone like Pyke or Currie as the third tall.
