Health Stuff in your eye when you wake up?

I only get that stuff when i have an eye infection or something.

Maybe its because i sleep facedown and the tears dont congeal, or maybe its because the rest of you are pussies who bawww during their sleep while i have manly dreams that don't involve tears.
