Tell me if you've heard this one.

Herald Sun posted a team 'depth rating' and here are some interesting observations about some players (ratings are out of 10)
Justin McInerney: 5.5 Role player who has a good burst of speed and can break lines. The more games he plays the more he will gain confidence and increase his self of belonging in the club... >>> :rolleyesv1::roflv1:
2021 J Mac makes an absolute mockery of that article.

2022 J Mac a bit less so.

I realise Adam Spencer isn't everyone's cup of tea, but his passion is undeniable. I quite enjoyed this conversation that basically amounted to a 30-minute rant from Spencer about the Swans. Includes some interesting anecdotes from over the decades and plenty of attacks on anti-Swans bias by the AFL.

You had me at anti-Swans bias. Looking forward to seething over this .

THough I'm already a fan of Adam S. Smart and interesting bloke.

Didn't realise Mongrel Punt gave Chad Warner the champion midfielder belt for 2022. The clincher was the performance in the last game of the year which for some reason has become lost to memory. Well done Chad.

I assume it was announced months ago but nothing wrong with re-upping your work.

Chad Warner and James Rowbottom will go into the 2023 season having claimed a significant place in Swans club championship history in 2022.

The young pair, who finished second and third behind Callum Mills in the Skilton Medal, became only the third and fourth players aged younger than 22 to finish top three since 1996, when detailed records have been available.

WILL ADD MORE WHEN THEY BECOME AVAILABLE SO CHECK BACK LATER
Dear dog, the Fox commentators are moronic. The article is about 70% their quotes. Nothing useful about the game itself. Like little kids.

The new crunchtime on SEN today at midday with Sarah Olle is very good .
Today they have Leon Cameron on and please someone get it on here , fantastic views from someone at the other club in Sydney and now someone with us . Yes there is GWS talk , but great on the academies and our culture .

Nothing up yet. I pinged SEN Sydney last night and asked why they don't post match reports after NSW teams matches. It's a disgrace. Nothing posted on VIC site and nothing on NSW site.

Really is glaring.

Still an old Vic boys club in both AFL heirarchy and media

SEN is just about everywhere now , so that old chestnut doesn't stack up . It's say Sydney SEN ffs , nothing to do with your post !

That makes it even worse IMO.

IIRC, SEN is VIC based, I am sure that their HQ could/should direct their subsidaries to report on specific things.

SEN is in all states and they run they're own shows ffs , cut out the bias poo

SEN's NSW presence was largely due to SEN HQ taking over 2CH in Jun 22 which makes SEN NSW a subsidary of SEN HQ in VIC.

You would think reporting on a game with a club from the state would be higher priority to any SEN local station and likely mandated by HQ regardless of which state the station is situated it.

A whole of of what I call lazybits - reviews featuring bits a pieces on teams of which we are but one of....and then there's Lance
