100% agree with that summation.
It felt to me like one of those games where the ball just didn't bounce our way and alternatively, they couldn't put a foot wrong.
As they say in the classics sh it happens......

David King on SEN this morning said he still likes us , but we are too soft in the middle , he said the same last year .
He also said calling from the studio they see more than being at the ground .

lol… they have tv monitors at the ground. What a pile of excreta.

We are, blueprint is clear. If you want to best us you just need to outmuscle us in the middle.

If I'm Port I'm planning to throw my biggest midfielders against us this week

...
A week earlier, when Franklin was suspended for the match against Hawthorn, Joel Amartey and Logan McDonald were the forward targets five and seven times respectively. McDonald’s yield was an impressive 5.1 (not all his goals coming from those entries), while Amartey - who has struggled for a game - booted 4.2. Isaac Heeney (2.0) had been the forward target seven times in that game, as the load was spread more equitably.
...
The Swans kicked to Lance Franklin 10 times when they entered their forward-50 arc, which was more often than the next three players - Logan McDonald (3), Tom Papley (3) and Will Hayward (3) - combined.
