How about showing respect to the players that got going when it was toughest. Lot of players look great when the team is firing, not as many can perform when s**t hits the fan.

This is how they vote.

I mean in some games you have like 12 blokes getting votes.

in others there is significantly less.

None of that really matters, I think you could give out the medal and the runner up now and not a lot would change.
