Tazza had barely got to Collingwood when he headed back to Mildura, and Eddie talked him back down. The Pies should have experimented with him down back, as they once did in the first GF against Brisbane, and Tazza did well. He would have made a great mid fielder, except for his ankle or leg problems. He once got over 40 possessions in the reserves.

He seemed a shy kind of guy and I did feel a bit sorry for him constantly criticised and analysed. He looks good down back and I glad that he has made the grade.

This weekend I am not going to the VFL Game at Box Hill just too far away but instead on Saturday I am going down to Cheat Park to watch last 2 games of the u-18 Championships

Neither of them currently deserve games, it isn't that difficult tbh
And with Seaby still out, Sydney only have the one recognised ruck also, so if we are going to play Jolly "one out", this week is the week to try it.

Huge decision to leave Josh out for his 200th game, but the right one if the rumour is true.

Pyke is a ruckman, and in decent form.

As I said last week, neither Josh or cam actually deserve senior games, giving games to either currently won't help the side

This although it could be fair to say Fraser is near the end considering his injury issues.

I'm curious to know if Goldnuts will get a game this week.
Is Micky O coming out of retirement?
I certainly thought he should have played last week, it was the sort of game that he could have played in and matched up well with someone like Dunn, thus allowing Heater to go onto someone like Green. With Maxwell likely to miss I think it's another chance to give him a run, intrested to see.

This. Fraser is close to finished but if he can get his body and workrate right could give it one last shot and if Wood leaves because he has to earn a game then he probably doesn't have the mental commitment to make it anyway. It's not like Brisbane where he is 4th in line for a game and not getting any chances he is second and has been given plenty it's up to him to take them.

Very Well Said. If Fraser can get back to 100% Fitness he still might be okay but I doubt he can. If Wood leaves because he is not getting a Game, Then he is a Softy and Probably never make it

Don't know about that. Port and Hawthorn will be looking to give a ruck like Wood pole position, not possible 2nd.

I think it's a matter of opportunity more than heart.

It will be his third home looking for oppertunity. If he feels he has to go to a club with no ruck divison to become the number one rather then natural development and progression I'd say heart comes into it.

I don't think he would be el capitan of the ruck division at Hawthorn anyway. There ruck division was shot when they had 1 fit **** on the list and Renouf was made ruck solo for 8 or so rounds but I am not sure Wood is that big of an improvement on Renouf or Taylor and if Bailey overcomes his injury (which is probably less likely then Rusling) he'd be behind him.

Not as familar with Port's situation.

Fair Enough, Doubt Port Would be Automatic Number 1 as they have a few young Ruck Prospects, Could get it at the Hawks. Those I would be very Sad to see him go as I think he still has a lot to Offer.

Port has Brogan and Lobbe who is pretty raw.

Wood did come here on the understanding that he'd be 2nd ruck to Fraser and that he would assume the no.1 position in shortish order. Those prospects were pushed back with Jolly being recruited.

It's all moot probably though as I think Wood will be given a Kirribilli agreement that he will be 2nd ruck in 2010 and more leading into the future.

What is a Kirribilli Agreement?

What is a Kirribilli Agreement?

Kirribilli House is the official house of the PM and it was there that Bob Hawke and Keating made an unofficial agreement in 88 that Hawke would pass on the PMship to Keating post the next election.

A Kirribilli agreement is one not written, but discussed informally and not binding.

Ball and Jolly to have Massive Games Tommorow Night

With the Very Wet Conditions I reckon this plays right into there hands and that is very contested footy with many Stoppages where the both Excel.

Who agrees?

Jolly against his own club. could be interesting. if the swans ruck coach has been teaching whoever their ruckman is the same thing as he taught jolly to do, you'd think jolly would have an advantage at this.

Ball, we dont want to risk him if hes not 100% ok cos he has had groin problems throughout his career and they just get worse and worse.

This is a big game for Jolly no doubt. Mummy is in fantastic form, Jolly has just been ok. It's his chance to prove he's worth the pick to trade for him. Theres nowhere to hide, it's a big game and he's on his own in the ruck in this one.

Well Jolly played his best footy for the Swans when he rucked by Himse;f
