The only out will be JVB. He's not AFL standard imo.

Bit too early to tell. Let's be reasonable here, he's only played few games. Won the B&F last year at West Perth and they had a very good season. Not to mention that he was injured for most of this season. I'll reserve my judgement for now.

Its very easy being critical on the end of your mouse, but before it was Mundy now its Dodd. People need to understand that we are getting rid of bad wood, and that takes time.
I have it on very good advice that there will be further delistings and I'm sure Dodd would be one of those that could be chopped. But lets give the bloke a chance, and let him play his last game at Subi with some respect.

Has that ever stopped Dodd getting a game?
No... I would have dropped Dodd and Peake a while ago, but I'm not selecting the team am I? This is what Harvey would do and given that Peake is still playing week in week out, he's not going to get dropped.

No surprises in the 25 then. It would be nice to see Walters, Pearce and van Berlo in the 22 but the selectors have been consistent all year in keeping the faith with those who continually let us down. As with second and third marriages team selection demonstrates the continued triumph of optimism over experience.

It'll be the guys who have come in, failed, and been dropped to the WAFL who will be cut. Head, Gilmore, Murphy, Campbell, etc.

Why would they select Dodd every week then de-list him?

The difference between Mundy and Dodd is that Mundy has ability but lacks work rate, Dodd tries his best he's just a very average footballer and isn't too bright.

As bad as some players were last week, Van B was a non contributor so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him dropped. Not saying he should, I like what Ive seen so far and think he's going to be OK, just making a point.

Peak is on thin ice obviously (and i mean literally too ;)) but the one remote thing that might save him is the pace that the bombers bring. Interesting to see shat happens tomorrow that's for sure.

VanBerlo has been poor for last 3 weeks....I think he has a future but it's not as a forward....needs time on the ball & given a job to do, like DeBoer...he is not a forward.

But hey...neither is Grover & Harvey persists in playing him up there to FFS

I think tommorrow arvo the team will be;

IN:
Ballantyne
Hayden
Pearce
OUT:
Solomon
Van Berlo
Peake

I didnt think pearce should of been dropped last week has shown class since his first game, hope they add him and walters this weekend

What's the point in including Peaker on a wet day to counter Essendon's pace when he can't kick or tackle and when it's wet he spends have the game slipping over?

We cannot have Peake, Schammer and Hasleby in the same team if it is wet...

All three have major flaws in those conditions some are just better off staying home and watching on tv (peake)

Out: Peake, Bradley, Solomon(inj.), Schammer

In: Hayden, Pearce, Walters, Ballantyne

going with young and quick and players with some heart.

Won't happen but would be nice.

i thought thats what schammer was, he isnt lightning, but he is no plodder either, and you can never question his desire and heart
