Couldn't agree more. Changing your mind is a basic sign of a rational thinker who puts ego aside and assesses situations and makes a judgement call to suit the current situation. As circumstances change, so should your thinking. It's just that you just seem to have done it in reverse which is baffling to the psychologists amongst us.It's only on BigFooty where it is some sort of status symbol to not have ever changed your mind about something. In the real world people do it all the time.

I was just trying to help Otto out in his attempts at psycho analyzing you. Not having a go at you. It was meant to be light hearted, so I'm sorry you took it otherwise.
You do see few golden examples of people whose egos make them incapable of changing their minds on this board though.
I think you've got it wrong somewhat.
There's a tendency just to tick the 'like' button when you approve of someone's post.
There's a tendency of actually replying to someone's post when you disagree with it.
And of course this is an online public footy forum.. you post something good bad sensible nonsensical.. 100s read it.. you still remain anonymous. You wouldn't get up out of your seat at the G and voice your opinions to 100s.. you'll look like a complete idiot.. hence why i chose to look like an idiot online. That's logical don't you think?
Lol. There is indeed some logic there. You are my favourite online idiot Gimpy.I think you've got it wrong somewhat.

There was a point in time when one of the joys of attending live footy was voicing my opinion in front of 100s. Far more anonymous than bigfooty for mine. Unfortunately as the decades past the opinion I liked to voice, especially regarding umpires, has become offensive. I see this forum more for considered opinion as opposed to the expressing emotion at the game. The game day thread is the best venue for complete idiocy on big footy.I think you've got it wrong somewhat.

To avoid disappointment I try not to think of the possibility that in real life you may not have spent $2500 on a momento of the stirring loss to Carlton this year. Or did you? I'm 50\50 on this possibility. But I'm 100% certain you are a young, filthy rich, super buff Greek Adonis chick magnet with a fully sick wheelie bin ride.
