Yes, which they could have used 13 to turn into more points for. But an F2 would also give them points for Walker next year, which they will also need (possible pick 1).

Why do you doubt Hawks wanted Lindsay? Best fit for them and most phantoms had them taking him.

They had the 3rd best defence in the league but ranked 7th for scoring. Nairn and Schubert were very much areas of need. They have plenty of players that can play Lindsay’s role.

I'm still baffled that we didnt take in more available list spots. There were a number of possible options. Keeping barnett was just stubborn. Were giving off the vibe we could take it or leave it when it comes to our nga's and banfield. Interesting how that unfolds tomorrow.

Why are people on here set on FRod, there’s far better talents available.

If we manage to grab one of NHH/Phillipou that is a very very good draft.

He's a great two-way player and a pure mid.

I won't mind either of the 3.

My biggest issue here is that Hawthorn knew who we were after, and played us for it. Twomey did too.
We were an open book this year and can no longer be viewed as a club without leaks.
I'm quite happy with Lindsay tbh.

Mate have you not seen the phantom draft? Whole thing is an open book, just read comments from twomey on who clubs are interested in. what you think twomey is so special one that only he knows?
