Shoulda woulda coulda. This isn't an all time ruthless, skilled, dominant Australian side. They often leave the door ajar. They still mostly get the job done as a good but not outstanding side should. It should have been 500 plus at a minimum was poor this morning
His two balls were thoroughly entertainingDuckett made 4, but boy was it an exciting innings.

Bazball! Why would it be a 50/50 chance if a total this high has never been chased down before?
To be fair, for all the faults of Bazball, it's really what's made Duckett's Test career. It's masked his deficiencies against weak bowling line-ups or when on dead pitches, but against a quality bowling line-up like ours, it's no surprise he's struggled.Duckett is going to look back on his career and go "why the hell did I follow this idiot into the fire." A solid cricketer that ruined his career on baz garbage.
Never seen a slip fielder that shouldn’t come 1 step forward. Almost always too far backGreat fielding position of Marnus. Waaay closer to the bat than Orthodox 2nd slip.

Or just lazy Aussie batting.Well bowled this morning Poms
England will struggle to make 200.In an ODI on a featherbed?
I think a big issue is bazball probably works in some places because coming forward and attacking the ball can negate swing and seam. Can't really get away with that on decks that bounce so all they've ended up doing is playing at balls that keep catching edges behind the wicketTo be fair, for all the faults of Bazball, it's really what's made Duckett's Test career.
