It would have been cool had they done just one more record, gosh, and they were working on some cool stuff!!....
These are from around 68/69.
here is a taste of what it could have been like..Obviously, new songs from any 1970 album they would have made, not included.

Part of the reason the Beatles are so lauded, is because they broke up at basically the perfect time. Still at the peak of their powers, after 6-7 years of unparalleled creativity and progression.

I’m sure they could of squeezed out some more very good material (as their solo ventures and these songs show) but leaving everyone wanting more is fine.

Not that I advocate every artist/band doing the same thing.
