Okay that was very clumsy and confusing...
let me try that again.What I meant to say is that the winner should be one of Sam or Allison as they have the most fat still to lose, assuming they train hard. However, I have reservations that they will train with the intensity required on the outside.
Kirsten doesn't have as much weight to drop, but trains with the intensity of an athlete. If the other two are slack with their training then Kirsten is a real chance, otherwise she is just making up the numbers.
Make more sense now?

Sam is a good bloke but he's a ____ing moron for sticking to this 'blue for life' rubbish when it comes to voting people off. Kirsten was his biggest threat and he chose to keep her in just because of some contrived friendship which will cease to exist in a few weeks.
