First the umpires don't pay a 50m penalty for a kick away well after the whistle was blown, and then calling back our goal for a shephard, two howlers by the umpires late.

Bonts smothered kick was the biggest turning point of the game though. Went from a kick inside 50 to potentially putting us two points down, to being back to 14 down seconds later. Why can't we play the way we did for most of the last quarter all game? Frustrating

I used to like Port (not their fans), but geez their players been campaigners tonight. Pushing opponents on the ground as they get up, getting mouthy. Can't wait to see them fall a part in finals as usual.

There was a passage of play early in the match where Aliir blocked and held Naughton, where maybe soft, gets paid relatively frequently (King got it twice last night). As soon as that wasn't paid knew we were in for a tough night.

If we had a coach with any resemblance of a clue he would be the highest forward not the deepest. Utilising his marking up the ground and his ability to work back to goal and mark as third man in

Didn't deserve to win but the umpires took out any chance of a win. Margin down to 8 points and it was anyone's game. s**t call 12 point play and completely turns the momentum.
