Walker probably ends up with the most Brownlow votes of any Adelaide player again this year. It'll be close between he and Dawson, but Walker will end up with more.

Without the club induced blips in 2018 and 2020 he is the model of consistency (on field).
The club's greatest forward, many knee jerked and wanted him on the scrap heap a few years ago. I still think he plays for another 2 years.
Interesting take. Dawson is 6th fave at 21-1. Laird 150-1. Walker in the unquoted market meaning odds have blown out past 500-1
Hard to argue with that analysis. Will he go down as our greatest ever forward? Certainly has the longevity and records now but not the extraordinary highlights and averages from Godra (in a different era of footy)
I was really hoping Fog this year would hit where Tex was in his 5/6th year. Dominating big finals. Remember the Footy Park semi vs Freo with Bruces call 'Tex has been THE difference' upon kicking the sealer at the northern end, and then backed it up in the Prelim vs Horks at The G that we nearly snuck. I still believe and hope next year Fog overtakes Tex as our most important forward. We need him to
sublimely skilled like you RARELY see from a KPP - general field kicking, BOOMING set shot distance, the left foot, exquisite handball skills, decision making and overall footy nous

If you told me three years ago that we’d be extending Tex into 2024, I’d have been inconsolable with the bad decisions being made by the club.
