Just a couple of hypotheticals because the reality is just depressing.

1. AJ is passed fit to play NEAFL in the next couple of weeks and Melican continues to perform in the seniors. Do they hold AJ back until Round 11 (kinda cruel) or drop Melican?

2. Cameron is selected this week and takes 5 marks and kicks 2 goals for the next 3 weeks. Tippet continues to underwhelm. When Naismith returns, does Tippet play NEAFL?

1. Someone said in the other thread that if that happened we'd have to drop Melican, but it may be a moot point as it's hard to put a date on AJ's NEAFL return. So in this case, there really is no rush as he may not play NEAFL before Round 11 anyway.

2. Yes. Pick players on form.
