Maybe things have changed but Eden Hill has always had a bad reputation.

Anyone here live in or familiar with Ashfield? Can't say I've ever been there. Have friends in Bayswater and Maylands and have been to Bassendean but never Ashfield. Looking at the boundaries on the map I don't see why it even exists.

The only trip I've ever made through Eden Hill the area looked normal as any other. Crime rate seems to be normal too. Am I missing something?

I'm no suburb snob at all but it looks rough to me and it's well known as being a very dodgy area.

Basso is totally fine. 15 train ride from the city. Eden Hill is a bit rough.

For as long as I can remember the it was the bus STATION on Wellington St and the bus PORT under the Convention Centre.

But now they have swapped them round and the Convention Centre is now the bus STATION and Wellington St is now the bus PORT......
